Water Leaks: In case of a water leak, first locate the nearest shut-off valve to the appliance or affected area. If possible, shut off the main water supply in the basement to prevent further damage.

Urgent Issues: For urgent maintenance issues that are not life-threatening but require immediate attention (e.g., major leaks, electrical hazards), please call/text our emergency maintenance line at (416) 400-4470.
